About the Role

We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient cardiology program. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a true community hospital model, providing patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.

You will join a lean, highly collaborative team consisting of one Cardiologist and one dedicated PA. The role offers strong autonomy with physician support, allowing you to focus on cardiac follow-ups, EKG interpretation, surgical clearance evaluations, and the management of chronic cardiovascular disease. The position is 100% outpatient with no call responsibilities, featuring flexible scheduling including a 4-day workweek option. You will be supported by AI scribe technology and a dedicated Medical Assistant (1:1 ratio) to ensure a streamlined workflow.
