The Clinical Coordinator for the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit/Tele serves as a vital link between daily unit operations and broader organizational goals. You will coordinate the daily functions of the assigned clinical department, overseeing unit operations and implementing changes to manage productivity effectively.
In this role, you will act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, including hospitalists, cardiac/cardiovascular physicians, and hospital administration. You will develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and standards of care. Beyond operational oversight, you will provide training, mentorship, and support to staff, promoting professional growth and high-quality patient care.
