The Building Blocks (BB)/Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a grant-funded initiative dedicated to supporting eligible first-time, economically disadvantaged mothers and their families through comprehensive home visits. This program operates under strict adherence to the NFP model, alongside the policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
