This program operates under strict adherence to the NFP model, alongside the policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
About the Role
As a Nurse with the Building Blocks program, you will serve as a vital link in the community, providing high-standard clinical nursing practice within the home setting. Your mission is to foster the well-being of mothers and children by delivering personalized care that aligns with the core principles of the NFP model. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and community engagement, ensuring that every visit meets the rigorous standards of the program while offering compassion and support to families in need.
