About the Role

Join our team at the St. Francis facility in Milwaukee, WI, within the Adult Psychiatry department. In this part-time night shift role, you will provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients, serving as a vital link in our multidisciplinary approach to mental health recovery. Your work will focus on evaluating bio-psychosocial needs to create a foundation for personalized, high-quality care, ensuring every intervention is tailored to the patient's specific age and recovery goals.

You will design and adapt nursing care plans that align with the master treatment strategy, facilitating therapeutic growth by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions. By collaborating with the team to evaluate progress and pivot treatment strategies in real-time, you will ensure care remains responsive to the patient's evolving status. Your ability to translate clinical observations into actionable insights during treatment conferences will be key to advocating for positive patient outcomes.
