About the Role
You will join the Orthopedic Med Surg team at Seton Medical Center Austin as a PRN Day Shift Registered Nurse. In this role, you will implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans while recording and communicating real-time clinical changes to the care team. You will serve as an interdisciplinary lead, coordinating all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care, and precisely carry out physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy. Additionally, you will manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.
