Starting your nursing career is a significant milestone, and the right support matters. As a new graduate or early career nurse, you will join our ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program (Practice Transition Accreditation Program® with distinction). This program is designed to build your confidence and strengthen your clinical skills as you transition into professional practice.
You will learn in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship. This position is located at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX, within the Orthopedic department. The role is a full-time Night shift position, with start dates available on June 22 or July 20, 2026. May 2026 graduates are eligible for consideration.
