About the Role

Join our team at the Dell Seton Medical Center-UT in Austin, TX, within the Med Surg department. This full-time position operates on the night shift, offering a dynamic environment where you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing customized care plans, monitoring patient conditions in real-time, and executing precise physician directives. Your role is pivotal in coordinating seamless transitions and discharge strategies, ensuring high-quality care for every patient.
