About the Role

Join our team at Seton Medical Center Austin in the 5 South Cardiovascular department. As a PRN Day Shift Registered Nurse, you will serve as an interdisciplinary lead, coordinating all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care. Your day will involve implementing customized, evidence-based care plans, recording and communicating real-time clinical changes to the care team, and executing physician directives with precision. You will also manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions, playing a vital role in the continuum of care for our cardiovascular patients.
