As a Registered Nurse in our Bariatric Med Surg department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards of practice. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience. This role is designed to give you the staffing support, technology, and resources you need to work more efficiently.
