You will join the Surgical Oncology department at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, as a Part-Time Registered Nurse working the Night shift. This role focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care (Med-Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. The position involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
