About the Role

You will join the Surgical Oncology department at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, as a Part-Time Registered Nurse working the Night shift. This role focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care units of moderate to high patient acuity. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes while prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. The role includes opportunities to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and to welcome new knowledge as you grow. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation, ensuring you are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in this dynamic team.
