This Registered Nurse position serves as a vital part of our Acute Care team, providing direct care on Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity. You will operate within a multidisciplinary framework, modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your orientation. Your work will contribute directly to securing safety and quality at the point of care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality service.
