About the Role

You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity. This role is designed for a Registered Nurse committed to a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.

In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
