You will be the central point of contact for navigating complex risk exposures, managing insurance portfolios, and overseeing claims resolution in the dynamic environment of multi-family property management.

Your day-to-life involves conducting weekly Quality Assurance inspections at assigned properties to verify adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards. You will coordinate accident investigations, analyze claims data to identify prevention opportunities, and collaborate with brokers and carriers to optimize coverage structures. Whether responding to an emergency property incident or developing long-term disaster recovery plans, you will ensure that risk management strategies are practical, compliant, and effective.
