This position supports the Risk Department's business operations, special projects, investigations, and legal litigation. The role involves mitigation development, managing non-employee access, and leading end-user awareness and education initiatives. You will work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary workgroups to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements, while building credibility and rapport with key stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
A significant portion of the day is dedicated to identifying, monitoring, and examining activities involving theft, fraud, or official misconduct. You will gather and organize information from cross-functional investigative teams and partner with Legal and Human Resources on internal and external investigations and litigation matters using eDiscovery protocols. The role requires maintaining effective correspondence and in-person communication, as well as completing documentation to support findings, including legal reports, SBARs, and executive summaries.
