This position supports the Risk Department's business operations, special projects, investigations, legal litigation, mitigation development, and end-user awareness. You will partner with multi-disciplinary workgroups to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements, building credibility and rapport with key stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
Your day-to-day involves identifying, monitoring, and examining activities involving theft, fraud, or official misconduct. You will gather and organize information from cross-functional investigative teams, working closely with Legal and Human Resources on internal and external investigations and litigation matters using eDiscovery protocols. The role requires maintaining effective correspondence and in-person communication while assisting with the implementation of policies to support the organization's risk tolerance.
You will be responsible for completing documentation to support findings, including legal reports, SBARs, and executive summaries. This includes possessing knowledge of data preservation, acquisition of computing and storage devices, and following proper computer forensic evidence handling and chain of custody protocols. Success in this role demands high-level integrity, the ability to use discretion, and the maintenance of confidential information.
