This position serves as a vital support pillar for the Risk Department, driving business operations, special projects, and complex investigations. The role is designed to bridge the gap between operational growth and organizational risk tolerance, ensuring that policies are effectively implemented and that the enterprise remains secure against theft, fraud, and misconduct.
You will function as a key partner within multi-disciplinary workgroups, synthesizing business objectives and articulating requirements to stakeholders. A significant portion of the day involves collaborating with Legal and Human Resources to manage internal and external investigations, as well as litigation matters. This includes utilizing eDiscovery protocols, maintaining strict chain of custody for forensic evidence, and handling the acquisition of computing and storage devices. The role demands a high level of integrity and discretion, as you will be responsible for documenting findings through legal reports, SBARs, and executive summaries.
During the selection process, candidates may be invited to complete an OnDemand interview. This pre-recorded format allows you to respond to questions at your convenience. You will have time to consider each prompt and the opportunity to re-record your answer; Mayo Clinic will only review the final recording. These interviews are subsequently evaluated by staff members, who will notify successful candidates of next steps.
This vacancy is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
