The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team has signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas-fired power generation facilities in the U.S. Our team is currently helping the customer progress early-stage development, leading to the start of full EPC delivery this year.
In this capacity, you will serve as the Field Superintendent - Rigging on the Single Cycle Gas Turbine (SCGT) portion of the project. Based in Pecos, Texas, you will provide onsite leadership for all crane and rigging-related construction activities. Your day-to-day involves directing craft labor and subcontractors, overseeing daily field operations, and driving workforce planning, progress reporting, and cost/schedule performance. You will work closely with engineering, construction management, and project controls to resolve constructability issues, support the development of work scopes, and ensure the effective use of automation tools and project procedures. This is a long-term camp assignment contingent upon project award.
