About the Role
The Pile Driver is the critical operator responsible for the safe and efficient installation of structural foundations for marine and civil infrastructure. In this high-risk environment, you will drive steel, concrete, and timber piles to support projects such as bridges, wharves, jetties, seawalls, and docks. Whether working on land or overwater platforms, barges, and remote coastal sites, your work ensures the precision and stability required for major engineering feats.
This role demands a strong mechanical aptitude and acute spatial awareness. You will be the eyes and hands of the project, operating pile driving machinery in diverse ground conditions while adhering to strict safety protocols. Success in this position relies on your ability to collaborate closely with foremen, crane operators, and riggers to ensure proper placement and alignment of piles according to blueprints and project specifications.
