About the Role
As a Pile Driver, you will be responsible for the installation of footing piles and earth support sheeting systems as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent. This role is critical to the success of bridge-related construction projects, requiring a deep understanding of working around cranes, various types of bridge construction equipment, and associated forming systems.
You will be an active participant in the team's commitment to safety, adhering to and promoting all safety policies and procedures. Your day-to-day involves ensuring equipment is cleaned and stored properly, assisting in planning work schedules, and determining labor and equipment needs alongside the foreman. This position demands a team player who can adapt to different personalities and management styles while maintaining a strong work ethic and professionalism.

Requirements
