Fire Sprinkler Helper

About the Role

This position serves as a trainee dedicated to learning the mechanics of sprinkler system installation. Working under the close guidance of a Sprinkler Fitter, you will assist in site clean-up, unloading, staging, and distributing materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities include cutting and threading pipe, as well as installing and testing fire sprinkler systems. You will partner with the Fitter to complete tasks on job sites in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a safe environment for yourself, co-workers, and customers.

Growth and Licensing

Continued employment is contingent on successfully obtaining applicable state licensing. A key part of this role is learning applicable fire protection codes and developing the initiative to master the skills of the trade. You will be expected to read labels, signage, and directions while applying basic math computation skills to your work.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
