Vaco by Highspring is seeking a strategic Revenue Cycle Manager to lead operations on-site in Louisville, KY. This direct hire role is designed to provide executive-level direction for all revenue cycle functions, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. The position serves as a critical bridge between clinical operations and financial performance, overseeing the entire patient financial journey from access to final reimbursement.
In this capacity, you will drive the strategic vision for revenue integrity, working to optimize cash flow and minimize denials while maintaining strict compliance with federal and payer regulations. You will lead a team dedicated to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to refine workflows and enhance system capabilities. This is a leadership position focused on transforming revenue cycle operations through process improvement, technology adoption, and strong financial stewardship.
