As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting Gardner Health Services' mission as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Based at our Alviso Health Clinic in San Jose, you will plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Revenue Cycle and Billing functions for both Primary Care and Specialty Behavioral Health programs.
Your work will ensure the financial integrity and sustainability of our operations by managing billing, coding, claims processing, denial management, collections, and accounts receivable. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Compliance, and IT to develop strategies that maximize reimbursement, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is essential to supporting access to high-quality healthcare for our community members.

Experience working within a California Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community health center, behavioral health program, or integrated healthcare environment. Experience managing both Primary Care and Behavioral Health billing operations.
