Our group in Waterbury includes four physicians and one midwife, supported by weekend cross-coverage from other local groups. Waterbury Hospital is a 357-bed acute care facility with a Level II Trauma Center designation, serving more than 350,000 residents in the greater Waterbury region. Our affiliate partners include The Heart Center of Greater Waterbury, Cardiology Associates of Greater Waterbury, The Harold Leever Cancer Center, and Access Rehabilitation Network, ensuring a robust ecosystem for patient care and provider collaboration.

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our thriving, high-volume practice. This is a very busy environment where a new physician will immediately start with a full patient panel, providing a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team to make a meaningful impact on the health of the community.

The role involves providing medical care related to pregnancy and the female reproductive system, examining patients, and creating treatment plans. You will collaborate with Practice Management to ensure billing compliance and provide quality supervision of Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical staff. While robotic training is a plus, it is not required.
