About the Role
East Cascade Women's Group is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled OBGYN Physician to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and supporting a collaborative, patient-centered care model. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive overnight obstetric and gynecologic care, focusing on labor and delivery management, inpatient consultations, and emergency response.
We offer various practice models to suit your professional goals, including Full Scope, Hospitalist, or Nocturnist arrangements. Whether managing routine and high-risk pregnancies or responding to acute gynecologic conditions, you will work alongside certified nurse midwives, nursing staff, and the broader care team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery managing routine and high-risk pregnancies
- check_circlePerform obstetric procedures including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and operative vaginal deliveries
- check_circleEvaluate and manage acute gynecologic conditions and respond to OB/GYN emergencies
- check_circleComplete postpartum rounding and follow-up care for assigned patients
- check_circleRespond to patient calls after office hours in accordance with practice protocols
- check_circleCollaborate with certified nurse midwives, nursing staff, and the broader care team
- check_circleDocument all patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic medical record
Requirements
- verifiedMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- verifiedBoard-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- verifiedActive Oregon MD/DO license
- verifiedMinimum of one year experience in a high-volume Labor & Delivery setting
