About the Role

The Retirement Plan Consultant provides objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for applicable retirement savings plans. This role is designed to help you build your own success through comprehensive resources, including company-provided technology, client management tools, and financial planning platforms. You will have the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on the achievement of pre-defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
