About the Role

The Retirement Plan Consultant provides objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for applicable retirement savings plans. This role is pivotal in helping participants understand their options and grow their financial futures. The position offers an incentive bonus opportunity based on the achievement of pre-defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
