About the Role

The Retirement Management Consulting Manager/Senior Manager is a pivotal role designed for those who love solving challenges rather than just studying them. In this position, you will drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformations, focusing on people and process. You will manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement, synthesizing technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions to select the most relevant tools and techniques.

You will partner with clients to help them develop high-performance solutions that advance their industry position. This role requires understanding client needs, developing proposed solutions, and delivering high-impact technology initiatives. It is an opportunity to work independently and as a team member, contributing to new business development opportunities while mentoring junior staff.
