The Retail Training Specialist serves as a vital link between strategic brand standards and on-the-ground execution. This role exists to ensure that field merchandisers are equipped with the product knowledge, visual standards, and best practices necessary to maximize sales and brand presence. You will act as a subject matter expert, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and agility among field teams.
In this position, you will balance hands-on coaching with strategic planning. Your day will involve traveling up to 75 miles within your assigned territory to conduct on-site and virtual training sessions. You will educate merchandisers on product features, promotional campaigns, and display techniques, while providing real-time feedback during store visits to address performance gaps. Additionally, you will collaborate with field managers to identify skill development needs and update training materials to reflect new product launches and industry trends.
