About the Role

You will be the face of our company, serving as the engine that powers best-in-class service and food experiences for our guests. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals who want to put a smile on every guest's face. Whether you are greeting customers at the door, preparing fresh food, crafting handcrafted beverages, or managing the front register, your role is to build lasting relationships and treat every guest as if they are the first of the day.

In this position, you will be cross-trained to perform multiple functions, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment a guest walks in. You might be guiding guests through our Made to Order kiosks, educating them on current promotions, or maintaining a pristine environment that is cleaner, safer, and friendlier than the competition. We prefer to promote internally, with over 70% of our leadership team having been promoted from within, and we provide tailored training to help you reach your full potential.

Hiring Process

We offer a streamlined onboarding experience with same-day start options available. Once you join, you will receive paid training to ensure you are ready to excel in your role. We are currently seeking candidates for evening shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) and prefer those with weekend availability, though overtime is optional.
