About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be the face of our company and the engine that keeps our operations running. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals who want to put a smile on every guest's face. Your day will involve cross-training across multiple functions, ensuring that whether you are greeting guests, preparing food, managing the register, or maintaining a pristine environment, you are delivering best-in-class service.

You will act as a brand ambassador, personalizing every guest experience from the moment they walk in the door. Whether you are guiding guests to products, operating Made to Order kiosks, or creating handcrafted beverages using Swiss machinery, your goal is to build lasting relationships and ensure guests leave happy. We value your unique personality and expect you to be proactive in solving problems and finding answers for both our guests and teammates.

Hiring Process

We offer a streamlined onboarding experience with same-day start options available. Once you join, you will receive paid training to ensure you are ready to succeed in your role. We are currently seeking candidates for evening shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) and prefer those with weekend availability.
