About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be the face of our company and the engine that drives our operations. You are a motivated, energetic, and reliable person whose unique personality ensures best-in-class service and food experiences for our guests. Your focus is to put a smile on every guest's face, treating each person as if they are the first guest of the day.

This role is dynamic and cross-functional. You will be expected to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift, whether you are greeting guests, preparing food, managing the register, or maintaining a pristine environment. You might be a Host/Hostess personalizing the guest experience and guiding them through our Made to Order program, a Barista crafting handcrafted beverages with Swiss machinery, or a Prep Cook ensuring recipe integrity and kitchen safety. Regardless of the specific task, you will be responsible for quality, safety, and efficiency, solving problems to ensure guests leave happy.
