About the Role
As a Retail Team Manager, you will serve as a role model for all employees, representing the company in the most professional way possible. Your primary mission is to teach and create leaders for the future while making decisions that prioritize the Company's interests.
In this role, you will drive sales performance in Wireless and AT&T TV through coaching and training, ensuring the development of a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for creating a productive work environment that achieves maximum profitability and growth. Beyond sales leadership, you will manage all operational tasks to ensure the store's day-to-day functioning remains effective and efficient, maintaining strict standards for visual presentation, housekeeping, and loss prevention.
