About the Role

We are seeking a Design Engineer to join the DataServ/xFact team, working closely with our Sales and Design Engineer groups to craft leading solutions for customers throughout Ohio. This role is designed for a versatile, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

In this position, you will act as a vital liaison between our sales and project implementation teams. Your day will involve developing and designing appropriate solutions alongside Account Executives, managing the full lifecycle of compute and infrastructure projects, and creating detailed documentation such as quotes, drawings, and scope of work agreements. You will represent DataServ positively to colleagues, customers, and vendors, while also driving process improvements through automation and best practices.
