About the Role
The Retail Supervisor serves as the vital front-line leader for our Gateway North America retail operations, bridging the gap between daily execution and world-class guest experiences. This role is designed for an energetic individual who thrives in a high-pressure, visitor attraction environment, ensuring that safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional service are never compromised.
You will be the face of excellence on the floor, providing "shoulder-to-shoulder" leadership to the Retail Team. Your day involves constant movement across assigned commercial areas, where you will mentor staff, resolve guest issues in real-time, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and visual appeal. Beyond standard supervision, you will rotate through Duty Manager shifts, overseeing the daily operation of all departments and stepping in to manage complex operational challenges as they arise.

Requirements
