About the Role
As a Seasonal Full-Time Sales Lead at our International Marketplace location in Honolulu, HI, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our brand. Reporting to the Store Manager, this 3-4 month position is designed for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the store's operations and sales objectives while embodying our culture of self-accountability and excellence.
In this role, you will act as a resource for product knowledge, helping customers navigate fabrics, features, fit, and function. You will engage customers both inside and outside the store, driving participation in events and community projects. Working alongside store supervisors and associates, you will help inspire the team to meet performance goals while ensuring the store environment remains easy to shop and aligned with our merchandising guidelines. This is a hands-on role requiring constant movement, interaction, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of our retail floor.
