About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping. This role is designed for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges. You will welcome customers, assist them in finding the right products and services, and ensure all their needs are met.
Your day will involve listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise. While your specific duties may vary by department, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas including Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Hardware, Tools, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, and Pro Services. You may also prepare merchandise based on customer needs, such as tinting paint, cutting pipe, or bundling wood.
