As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, be the first to introduce our new baby essentials, and help prep for the first day of school and all the big and little moments in their parenting journey. We're looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits.
In this role, you will become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. You will welcome customers with a warm greeting, maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor, and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers. You will lead and execute an assigned business focus area, perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results, and utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity. Additionally, you will offer consistent, in-the-moment feedback to the store team, recognize exceptional performance, and support the store team with Asset Protection through consistent customer service and safety awareness.
