About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting with product selection, and utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. This role requires you to be sales and metrics-minded, recommending products and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to store performance goals. Additionally, you will ensure store operations run smoothly by following proper point-of-sale procedures, loss prevention policies, and company safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old and possess the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. While basic knowledge of automotive parts, previous experience in automotive retail, and bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) are preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for the industry and a commitment to customer service.
