About the Role
As a Pet Associate (Retail Sales Associate), you will be the heart of the store, engaging with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences while upholding our vision, mission, and values. This role is about more than just sales; it is about creating moments that matter. Whether you are helping a customer choose their first fish, celebrating a pet's birthday, or seeing the smile on a pet parent's face after a fresh groom, you will make a meaningful impact every day.
Your day will involve direct care for store-owned pets, ensuring their health and safety through feeding, watering, and habitat maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, staging products, and supporting the team in various areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for associates, pets, and families alike.
