About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth within an essential industry serving the motoring public.
In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve recommending products and services to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
You will also manage inventory by restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper cash handling and loss prevention policies. A key part of the role involves utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles, recommending solutions, and assisting customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. You will stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems while adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
