About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day-to-day involves engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities.
You will be responsible for recommending products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals. The role requires utilizing structured processes to complete tasks efficiently, including restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper cash handling and loss prevention policies. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on automotive parts and tools, assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.
Hiring Process

A flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, is required. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we value exceptional communication skills, particularly in both Spanish and English, as well as previous experience in automotive retail or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
