About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day will involve engaging with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities.
You will be responsible for recommending products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals. Your duties include restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper cash handling and loss prevention policies. You will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently, adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems, assisting customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.

Requirements
