About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers and helping to maintain a welcoming environment. Your day will involve greeting every customer with enthusiasm, operating registers efficiently, and ensuring the front end remains neat and organized. You will be the go-to person for answering questions about promotions and advertisements, while also supporting our community efforts through programs like Ollie's Army.
Beyond the front end, you will play a key role in store operations by assisting with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store to keep it looking its best. You will communicate customer needs to Team Leaders and ensure the overall cleanliness of the store is maintained. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
