About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works. Your mission is to understand our customers' needs and help them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
You will thrive in a customer-first retail environment, creating genuine connections by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Your day will involve driving rewards program enrollment, providing a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, and supporting product replenishment to keep the store full and abundant. You will also assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
