About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works. Your mission is to understand customers' needs and help them find the best products for themselves and others. You will be dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in the store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. This role is about creating genuine connections by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
