Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas.
You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, promoting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to initiating store recovery and maintaining safety awareness, you will play a key part in the daily rhythm of the store.
