About the Role

The Route Optimizer is a pivotal role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights. This position exists to drive efficiency and accountability across our routes, assets, and inventory. You will be the operational backbone, reviewing daily performance to identify gaps, adjusting schedules to optimize delivery flow, and ensuring that fleet and asset compliance standards are met. From resolving pricing mismatches to leading new hire orientations, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
