As an Owner-Operator Van Truckload Truck Driver, you will embark on a journey that combines the freedom of running your own business with the robust support of Schneider's extensive resources. You will safely transport goods across various states, managing your own scheduling, routing, and truck maintenance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Schneider's logistics team to optimize routes and ensure customer satisfaction. You will maintain accurate records of hours of service, delivery logs, and vehicle inspections, ensuring all equipment meets strict safety standards. This position is ideal for those with strong driving skills, familiarity with long-haul trucking, and the ability to manage the business aspects of their operation, including basic accounting and financial management.
