About the Role
As part of a fast-paced, dynamic management team, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop relationships with our customers so that each customer's needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. In this dynamic leadership role, you will supervise and participate in the movement of merchandise to the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service. Your success will depend on your previous management experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to lead by example while training and coaching your team.
